When I checked into the hotel, I found someone else's undergarments on the floor, which was a bit unsettling. On the bright side, the room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, surrounded by lots of local businesses, but the service was not as welcoming as I had hoped.

Although I was initially told I would receive a call soon as my room was ready, the staff said yes and did help make our wedding weekend special for all family members staying at the hotel. However, they were not very friendly overall.

The hotel is very conveniently located, near lots of local businesses. It's about a 12-minute walk to downtown Missoula and close to the university, shops, and walking trails along the river.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great for our needs, allowing us to walk to the event we were attending, but the room wasn't entirely up to standard, with some noise from the parking lot. The service was friendly but had its flaws, and the dining experience was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Upon arrival, the hotel rooms lacked basic amenities like towels and soap, and the ventilation system was remarkably noisy. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready by 5 pm as expected and did not have the promised microwave or makeup mirror. Despite these setbacks, the service was excellent and accommodating, and we were impressed by the perfectly cooked steak. The location, especially for visitors to UM or downtown Missoula, was the standout feature, but the lackluster dining options were a downside.
